Are you an Employment Law Solicitor with a Legal 500 pedigree looking for a new opportunity either on a full/part-time basis in Sussex
Our client is one of Sussex’s leading law firms with a reputation for providing first class legal services to both individuals and businesses.
The successful Solicitor (5yrs+) will be taking over an existing caseload of Employment work acting for both employees (some HNW) and employers which include blue chip companies in the automotive, technology and property sectors, local SMEs and owner managed businesses, property management and investment businesses.
Experience handling a full range of Tribunal work (including discrimination/unfair dismissal claims etc.) is required, alongside the ability to draft contracts, handbooks, policies/procedures and provide advice on redundancy and restrictive covenants. You will also provide support/advice (in relation to TUPE etc.) to the firms Corporate/Commercial team.
This role can be based from either of the firms offices (Brighton, Horsham or Worthing) and offers either full-time or part-time working (hours and days TBC).
