Solicitors practice seeks Landlord & Tenant Paralegal, ILEX or Solicitor to join busy L&T department. You will be specialising in residential Landlord and Tenant Litigation dealing with a wide range of housing dispute matters, including housing notices and enforcement of possession orders, debt recovery claims (rent and service charge recovery) and dilapidation/disrepair disputes. This role is open to Paralegal’s, ILEXs or qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 1yrs Housing or L&T litigation experience.
