Sussex practice seeks Residential Conveyancer to join experienced Property team due to expansion (includes home working).
You will be dealing with a caseload of residential sales/purchases, equity transfers, re-mortgages, shared ownership and auction sales. Any experience with land sales or rural/agricultural property transactions would be preferred. Candidates should be either qualified Solicitors, CILEXs, Licensed Conveyancers or non-qualified Fee Earners able to manage a caseload without supervision (admin support on hand). Home Working is on offer, along with a generous salary, bonus and 25 days annual leave + benefits.
