Canterbury solicitors practice seeks NQ or Conveyancing Paralegal to join busy and established property team.
You will be dealing with both leasehold & freehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, RTBs and shared ownership transactions (whilst under supervision). Any experience with lease extensions or enfranchisement would be a bonus (not essential). Candidates must be IT literate and have a minimum of one years experience in Conveyancing working for a solicitors practice. Good career prospects on offer.
