High street practice seeks Residential Conveyancer to take over existing caseload, full/part-time (and some home working) considered.
You will be dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, RTBs, auction sales and new build purchases. Any additional experience with lease extensions, collective enfranchisement or commercial matters would be an advantage. You will be working alongside a small team of property lawyers supported in the department by secretaries and legal assistants. Generous salary, benefits and parking on offer.
