Commercial practice seeks Employment Law Solicitor (3yrs+) to join expanding department. You will be overseeing an existing caseload acting for a range of HNW clients which include technology start-ups, celebrities, media companies and entrepreneurs across a range of industry sectors. Experience with both contentious and non-contentious Employment Law is required which includes handling TUPE issues, drafting Staff Handbooks, Contracts of Employment, Settlement Agreements, Service Agreements and handling various discrimination and dismissal cases.
