Senior Residential Conveyancer (Haywards Heath)

High street solicitors practice in the village of Haywards Heath seeks an experienced Conveyancer to oversee the team

Taking over an existing caseload the successful individual will be supported by two assistants in the Residential Property department dealing with freehold & leasehold sales, equity transfers, re-mortgages and shared ownership transactions. Any experience with residential leases, development work or commercial property work would be an added bonus.

You will be acting for a range of clients in the Sussex area so the ability to liaise with local estate agents and property agencies would be required.

As the most senior lawyer in the Residential Property team the successful individual will be rewarded with a generous salary, benefits package and the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
