Residential Property (Top 500) Tunbridge Wells

Established Chambers recognised practice based in Tunbridge Wells seeks a Residential Property lawyer to join expanding department (hybrid working).

You will be joining this Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside a Residential Property team of 6, acting for a range of clients including families, developers/investors, HNW individuals clients within the farming/agricultural sector.

The successful individual will be dealing with a full caseload which includes sales/purchases or both freehold & leasehold properties, refinanciing, BTL/ Investment properties, shared ownerships and land sales. Any experience dealing with rural property, barn/farm sales would be an added advantage.
