Employment Solicitor required for specialist Employment law practice based in Sussex.
You will have 2yrs+ PQE dealing with both contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters for both employers and employees including a range of Employment Tribunal cases as well as drafting legal documents such as settlement agreements, contracts of employment and ET3 responses.
You will be advising executives and senior managers on negotiating contracts of employment, bonus’s, share options and incentive schemes, restrictive covenants, confidentiality issues and settlement agreements.
Acting for employers you will be involved in disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures
(Sex, race, disability and age discrimination), business transactions TUPE and Data Protection issues.
