Central Brighton solicitors practice seeks experienced Commercial Litigator with experience in Commercial/Company Law.
You will be joining the firms litigation team taking over an existing workload of Professional Negligence claims, Property Litigation, Building/Construction, Partnership disputes and some non-contentious matters including Company Formations and Business sales. Any additional experience with Employment Law (including TUPE) would be an advantage.
