Commercial Property (Some Home Working)

Are you an NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a role which offers some home/remote working?

Joining a team of 4 lawyers you will be dealing with a mix of freehold and business acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending acting for property developers, investors, Banks & Financial Institutions, companies and leaseholders located across Surrey, Kent and London and beyond.

You will be taking over an existing caseload being fully supported by your colleagues, any additional experience with Licensing, Share & Asset sales, Joint ventures or Shareholder Agreements would be an advantage.

This role also offers some home/remote working (dependant on experience), generous annual l eave entitlement and additional benefits .

Role would suit an NQ+ Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or non-qualified Fee Earner, some IT skills required.
