Conveyancing Secretary (Brighton) Hybrid Working

Conveyancing Secretary required for central Brighton solicitors practice, offering Hybrid Working

You will be joining the firms Residential Conveyancing department working directly for the firms Property Partner who deals with Residential Property matters including sales/purchases, auction sales, matrimonial sales, lease extensions, and BTL/investment properties.

You will be providing full administration support to the Partner which includes speaking to and updating clients, managing files (though to post completion), handling audio typing of legal documents, conducting Land Registry searches and submitting applications, managing diaries/appointments and assisting with post completion matters.

Individuals must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Managements system

Office hours are 9:00am-5:15pm (some flexibility could be offered).
