L&T Litigation (Remote Working)

Are you a L&T Lawyer looking to work remotely from home in either Sussex/Kent/Surrey?

Our client are a village high street practice based in rural Sussex seeking either a Legal Executives (CILEX) or qualified Solicitor (3yrs+) with experience handling residential disputes arising between Landlords and their Tenants.

Work includes Debt/Rent/ Service Charge Recovery work, Boundary disputes, Forfeiture and Possession proceedings and Repossessions. Any experience conducting advocacy at First Tier Tribunals, Magistrates Courts and County Courts would also be preferred. Individuals must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems.

Being the sole L&T lawyer in this department this role offers flexibility to work from home, although some office attendance would be required especially when meeting clients etc. (candidates applying therefore should live within 1 hours drive from East Grinstead).

Part-time or reduced working hours will also be considered.
