Private Client (Part Time) Burgess Hill

Solicitors practice based in Burgess Hill seeks Private Client Solicitor or CILEX on a part-time basis, Hybrid working.

Our client is a high street solicitors practice having served the clients of Burgess Hill  and surrounding towns for many years.

You will be joining a team of 4 in the firms Private Client department advising Sussex and Surrey based clients on the preparation/drafting of Wills, handling Probate & Estate Administration, POAs and advising in IHT & CGT matters. Any additional experience with contentious matters would be an advantage (not essential)

Individuals must be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives (CILEX/FILEX) with experience managing their own caseload of Private Client matters.

This role offers part-time working (ideally 2-3 days a week) however working hours/days can be flexible to fit in around other commitments.
