Property Paralegal / NQ+ (Eastbourne)

Are you a Paralegal, Solicitor, ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new role which offers full/part-time working

You will be joining this Lexcel Accredited 8 Partner practice based in East Sussex where you will be assisting and overseeing an existing caseload of both Residential Property and some light Commercial Property work.

The successful individual will be joining a team of 6 in the firms Residential Property team and will be dealing with a freehold & leasehold sales, equity transfers, re-mortgages and shared ownership transactions. Any experience with residential leases, development work or commercial property matters would be an added bonus.

This role is open to a wide range of property experience which includes Paralegal’s or NQ’s right the way through to more experienced fee earners

This role offers flexibility around working hours and both full-time and part-time employment could be offered. For candidates able to work with minimum/no supervision then some WFH will also be considered.
