High street solicitors practice in central Dover seeks a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join busy department and team.
Joining two Partners, the successful individual will be dealing with a caseload of freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers/releases, shared ownerships and RTBs acting for individuals, families and local developers/investors. Any experience with leases or enfranchisement would be an added bonus (not essential).
The successful individual will be managing cases from instruction through to completion with the support of a secretaries/support staff (although some IT skills required).
NQ solicitors will be considered if they have gained good experience during their training.
