Our client is an established solicitors practice based in West Sussex and is seeking an experienced Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to cover for a period of 6 months – starting summer 2024.
Joining an established property team of 7 the successful lawyer will have a min of 5yrs PQE and will be dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let’s, shared ownerships, auction sales and lease extensions – whilst having full secretarial support.
Any additional experience with enfranchisement or commercial property work would be an added advantage.
The role will be mainly office based, home/remote working 1 day a week will be considered (4 days may also be considered).
