Residential Property (Broadstairs)

East Kent solicitors practice with strong Thanet presence seeks Residential Property Conveyancer to join established and busy property team.

You will be joining a Residential Conveyancing team of 20 staff/lawyers dealing with a caseload of freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers/equity release mortgages and auction sales. Any experience with Help to Buy. residential lease extensions, plot sales/purchases or aspects of commercial property work would be an added advantage.

You must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems although some support will be on hand. Experience working at a CQS firm would be preferred.

Candidates will ideally be Legal Executives (CILEX), qualified Solicitors (2yrs+) or Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) – although experienced non-qualified fee earners will also be considered.
