Join this Dover / Folkestone practice which are offering full or part-time hours, flexible hours and some remote/home working.
You will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer comfortable managing a full caseload which includes freehold/leasehold sales, re-mortgages, equity transfers, auction sales, land purchases and new builds. Any experience with lease extensions, enfranchisement or commercial work would be an advantage.
Joining an experienced team (and support) the successful lawyer will have the opportunity to work from either Dover or Folkestone (or a mix of the two). You must be IT literate and have experience with Case Management systems.
