Senior Litigation Solicitor (Medway)

Litigation Solicitor (5yrs+) or experience FILEX required for established Medway based practice

You will be joining a team of 4 taking over an existing caseload of Civil & Commercial disputes whilst also playing a pivotal role in managing/supervising junior staff.

Experience with general disputes including Debt Recovery, Contested Probates, Employment law and Property related disputes including possession claims, rent arrears claims and disrepair and dilapidations claims required. Any experience with Business/Partnership disputes, Insolvency and/or Cohabitation/TOLATA claims would be an advantage.
