Wills & Probate Solicitor / CILEX (Faversham)

High street Medway practice seeks Private Client Solicitor of CILEX to join busy department.

You will be joining a team of 4 in the firms Private Client department acting for Kent and some London based clients taking over an existing caseload which includes handling Probate matters from initial instruction through to estate distribution (including complex and high-value estates), drafting Wills and LPAs, providing advice to clients on Estate Administration, dealing with Inheritance Tax implications and providing some advice on Trusts.

The successful individual will be IT literate (although support is available) and have a minimum of 3yrs PQE or experience managing a caseload. The ability to build rapport and relationships with clients is essential.

Working hours 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday to Friday) – This role is available on either a full/part-time basis
