Established West Sussex practice seeks Private Client Solicitor or CILEX (4yrs+) to oversee team and department.
This practice can trace its roots back to the late 1950’s where it has been providing legal services/advice to both individuals and businesses in the local Burgess Hill area.
You will be supervising a small team of 3 lawyers whilst managing your own caseload of Probate & Estate matters, Will, LPAs and Trusts. Clients are mainly Sussex based private individuals and elderly clients.
This role offers the successful individual the chance to become part of the “Directorship” (having a vital say in how the business is run) as well as firm Profit Share” paid as an annual bonus.
Some flexibility around working hours/days is available depending on experience.
